Hi everyone,

after updating to 1.3.3 my game crashes when I try to play test it :(

This is the error massage and the log:

Yes, I did try turning ALL my plugins off and the problem still is there.

To duplicate the error just open up the game file and try to play test it.

HERE you can download the sample Project. I made it as small as possible and its 64.21 MB I hope thats ok.

I hope someone can help me :(

This is my plugin list:

The Game linked to above is chock full of Plug-ins. I ripped 'em all out and the Game runs under 1.3.3. Try taking out those Plug-ins, one by one (or take 'em all out and put 'em back one by one...), and you'll find the culprit.

Hope this helps.

While your project downloads... did you try updating your project?

Because those messages you said you got long before, they count things like "Deprecation Warning". That means your files are past versions, containing functions going out of support.

That may be the cause of your problem.

And the download is finished and I can't check on it because you sent a deployed project instead of a copy of one.

Do the following: create a new project.

If the error doesn't happen on it, you need to upgrade your project - note I said project, not editor.
If the error still happens, then you need to zip the project folder, not deploy a game, just go to the part of your computer where the project is saved and zip it. You'll know it is the right folder because it got a Game.rpgproject file inside there, something a deployed game doesn't have.

@Waterguy...

In passing... Yes, the file linked to is a deployed version, but I found it easy enough to copy a 'Game.rpgproject' and paste it beside the 'index' file, and edit just the same. Maybe not very orthodox, but it works well enough. Just sayin'.

Oh. Didn't know that. I thought there were some changes in the files besides lacking that one.

That doesn't invalidate what I said before, though. Those "ignorable" errors are most likely because the project wasn't updated properly. They add up, specially since many of the updates are to fix problems with the core plugins.

And if you got no problems after removing the plugins... means the problem is one of them, yes. But he claimed that all plugins were turned off but the problem persisted...

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
