Hi,

I was wondering if there's a script command that I could put into EventCommand>Advanced which would increment/decrement player movement speed by decimals (0.1, 0.5, etc). The reason is I'm kinda picky about movement speed and want to set it to something between Normal(x4) and Faster(x5). The utility might also be nice for certain events, but I haven't played around with the defaults enough to see if they're sufficient.

Anyway, I checked the Script Call list but the section corresponding to Movement Routes is blank, and nothing else seems to fit the bill. Any ideas?

When you make an event and you add a command, the third tab has two advanced buttons 'script' and 'plugin'. I'm wondering if I can throw a line in there. In vx ace, it's where you could put something like $game_player.eval_instance("move ...")

I'd do it in the Set Move Route (select the event or player), using the Script command inside the move route. That way it's already going to apply to the character.

Set Move Route (Player): Script: this.setMoveSpeed(#)I really don't know if it'll work with fractions or not, but that's the easiest way I can think of.
If you do it using the Script call (not Plugin call, as you'd need a plugin to handle it), you've got to go to the trouble of identifying which character you want, as the command would be running inside of the Interpreter class and not the Game_Character class.

This works perfectly, thank you!

I tried testing/timing it and it takes both decimals and numbers >6 as desired (altho using a number over 6 makes moving a little glitchy as expected)

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
