Player Won't Attack

I am using rpg maker 2003, and when i playtest a troop, my second player won't attack! The only option is "change".

Can you define what you mean by RPG Maker 2003? I'm a little confused by that

That is the name of the program he's using - a very old RPG Maker that was published in 2003 (before RMXP) and recently translated due to user demand.

I am using rpg maker 2003, and when i playtest a troop, my second player won't attack! The only option is "change".
Please give us screenshots of that actor and what happens - it can have a lot of causes, including inability to use skills or more.

I guess you don't have any battle commands defined for that character. The setting is under "Battle Screen". Choose the character to the left and then configure the commands to the right.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
