Please help, how to make image links for signature

In my old signature, I'd made a link within an image, but I messed it up with my new signature and I can't remember the proper syntax to do this. Can someone please help?

I thought it was something like

[url=<URL>[img=<IMG>]]

But that doesn't seem to work...

Just use the editor buttons if you can't remember BBCode...
