Uhhh. Perhaps your screen resolution is too small. Right-click your desktop, go to 'Screen Resolution' and select the highest setting.

I did and it still dont fit
What is your screen resolution?
RM needs a minimum resolution to work (see in technical minimim requirements), so if you have a smaller monitor then you have a problem.

However, it could also be that windows has rescaled your display (that is possible in more modern versions of windows), so you need to set the scale to 100% if windows had set it higher (sometoimes 110% or 125%) - if you don't know how that works, then tell us which windows you have and we can guide you there.

Maybe if the bottom end of the menu is just right under the task bar...

Right click your taskbar, properties, check 'Auto-hide the taskbar", then OK.

See if that helps.

I also asked you what your windows version is in case that your resolution is high enough, because then you need to set the scaling to 100%. Since your monitor has the minimum height, that is what you need to correct...

That's why I asked for your windows version.

In Win7, it's under display properties, the main setting page for the display to be exact - no need to go to driver settings.

I don't know the exact english names since I have a German Windows, but you have three options concerning the readability on the screen - smaller (100%), medium (125%) and bigger (150%).

You need to set that to smaller-100% in order for RMVXA to display correctly.

If you are on the place where you set your resolution, that's one level too deep, click on "Display" in the title bar to get to the correct place for this setting.

In Windows 7 and 8, it's in Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display (or right-click on your desktop and choose Screen Resolution, then either click the UP arrow to the left of the navigation bar, or click Display on the navigation bar to go back one step).

The title is Change the size of all items.  You'll probably find that's on Medium or Larger.  Change it to Smaller.
