Hi all!

Vibrato battlers have been around for quite a while now, but still few RPG makers decide to use them. One reason might be the lack of "plug and play" way of use. If you go to Vibrato's page, you will come to the conclusion that you need a photo editor (like Photoshop, etc.) to create a compatible RPG Maker MV battler sprite sheet. This can scare a bit some game creators who decide to not use them.
For this reason we decided to create some easy to use battler sprite sheets from Vibrato's artwork. Some motion animation in these sprite sheets can take up to 4 frames.
Of course you will need a special plugin for this work properly. We recommend using the YED_Sideview plugin which you will find in the zip file, along with proper instructions.

Part 1 [Ald, Dilara, Hayatemaru and Nina] - Download Now!
Part 2 [Chimg, Eisele, Gustaf, No_2 and Yaichi] - Download Now!
Part 3 [fighter, gunman, magician and healer] - Download Now!
Part 4 [samurai, ninja, monk and miko] - Download Now!
Part 5 [fighter_b, fighter_s and fighter_y] - Download Now!

- What are these resources? Are they your work?
These are not our artwork and we do not claim them as our own. These are sprites found around the web, which have been edited by us with Photoshop to make it easier to use with RPG Maker MV (and not only!).

- Can I use the sprites in my own projects?

Read Vibrato's terms of use here !

- Can I edit the sprite sheet or notetag file?

Sure, as long as you know what you are doing!

- Do I have to credit you?

That would be a nice thing, but first you must credit the author of the artwork!

Do you have Vibrato's written consent to repost his materials in an edited format?

Out of curiosity, is there a "base" for these "Vibrato"-style battlers? Or do you just have to try and make a battler based on what's already done in this style?

Your second assumption is correct!
