Plugin Notetags (VEngine Mix Actions Help)

I'm having trouble deciphering how to properly use this although others seem to have no trouble as I have found no detailed tutorial as to where to put these notetags. I'm trying to incorporate Victor Engine's Mix Action plug-in to my game but can't figure out where to put these notetags as I'm kind of new to RPG Maker. 90% of the plug-in makes sense to me except where to put it. The example from my game is I want to combine two Green Herbs and make a Cure 1 spell effect. If you also combine a Green Herb with a Fresh Herb you'll get a Cure 2 effect. A Fresh Herb with a Fresh Herb gives you Cure 3 and so on. 'it' = item type, I chose 1 for Regular items. i20 is Green Herb and i21 is Fresh Herb.

I currently have this in the note section for Skill 20, 'Cure 1' but that doesn't seem right and it won't let me put it in Actor or Class notes. When I select 'Mix' from Battle it doesn't offer to combine items. I am very confused and if somebody could give this plug-in a shot, can intuit what I can't, or has used it before would be very helpful.

You get the setup wrong. The set is not done on skills, as the help says there is no notetag for skills:

Actors, Classes, Weapons, Armors and States. You must place the notetags on one of those options.


Also, the setup is not done skill by skill, so if you want to make item 20 + item 21 = skill 20, you don't have to touch the skill 20.


You have to go to the object (actor, class, weapon, armor or state) that has the notetag, and place your setup there.


The notetag you posted seems right, so just place it on the actor who will use mix command (or the equip/class/state that will grant it to an actor)

That's pretty much what I thought but I still couldn't get it working for some reason. I put it in Actor, Weapons, and Classes (one at a time, not all at once) and when I start the game Iget an error. I attached three screenshots, one is of Harold's window in the editor, one is the error when opening the game, and one is the debug information.

There was a mistake on one of the lines of the plugin.


Replace line 316 with this:
