Lately, I've downloaded a plugin that's supposed to fix the audio lag in RPG Maker MV. It worked! My game runs smoothly and there are no real issues with it, however the options menu is absolutely broken, even if the options don't involve audio at all. For example, "always dash". Before posting this thread I also checked going to the options menu with arrows + enter instead of clicking and, turns out, even trying to move the cursot to the options menu with arrows causes an error. I've disabled the plugin countless times, but when I press F8 it always somehow connects with the plugin. When I remove the plugin from the plugin manager and delete it from the "plugins" folder, I get an error stating RPG Maker has failed to load the plugin. I'm kinda scattered. The project isn't at all in the advanced stage so guess I could just copy paste everything into a new one, but I'll only do it if there is no other option. I attached the screens of the errors, as well as a screen of the error displayed when I delete the plugin. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. If nothing can be done, I need to know it as fast as possible. Thanks!

Most plugins save some of their data into the savefiles. That is absolutely neccessary because they can't store their own data without that, but it means that each change in the plugin manager can make older savefiles incompatible.
whenever you change (that means add or remove, activate or deactivate) a plugin in the plugin manager, you have to start a new game in the next playtes. Loading an older savefile will load part of the disabled plugin and cause errors.

I do. The options menu is screwed up in the main menu, not just in-game.

So my team has a big upcoming event regarding our game, so I've had to draw like 20+ chibi characters so far to illustrate the game's mechanics. And I'm not done still... But! At least it is way less to do now.:kaopride:

You have 6 numbers for PIN and 10 numbers of input. This means, for the rest of your life, you will at least never press the other 4 numbers.
:kaoswt: Doing this for 100s of dialogues over 100s of 3DCGs...

No matter how long it takes, the cliches of modern humanization still enrage me. :(

Also...

Random Person: Looks are superficial. It doesn't matter what a hero looks like.

Same Person: EVERY hero NEEDS to look like a human even if they're not supposed to be and it makes no sense for them to look human.
Happy treason day, Colonial friends <3
