Plugin to add an Window that displays an image corresponding to the skill.

Hello. I want to every skill to correspond to a picture in picture folder and an extra window in Scene Skill which displays the corresponding image. I would also like to remove the Skill Type Selection Window if possible. I am not using any other skill Scene Plugins other than Yanfly.
