Plugins/Libraries/Massive Presets meant for video games

I've noticed that a lot of the sounds in my library are either EDM based or just out there and, aside from the standard orchestral setups, I was wondering if there is any specific software I should pick up. If it is not obvious, I am a complete novice to this sort of thing.

You can use pretty much anything, it's all down to what you want to do.  There's no real right or wrong way to do things so I'd recommend just experimenting with you have or can easily get and just try seeing what you like doing.  

Don't underestimate Massive by the way, it can do sci-fi game music as well as virtually any electronic music you can think of straight out of the box.  I would recommend some presets but that'll only mean you sound like me when instead, you should be aiming to craft your own sound and  refine it over time.

It's always handy to have some sets of soundfonts.

Here's a list of generic ones, many of which have royalty-free licenses:

These are some videogame related ones. Be more careful about using these as many may be based on rips and technically illegal to use if you want to sell what they're used in.
