So, I know that what you get wth the game is allowed to be used in release material. Any additional packages I buy also grant me a liscence to use them in games I release. Plugins however, seem to be a different story. Each plugin is made by different people and whether you are permitted to use someone's work in a game you release is purely their decision.

There are many plugins available on these boards and I can't seem to find any clear list of what plugins are available for me to use in a release I would like to put on App Store.

Yanfly's seems to be the most common plugin and is so far the only plugin I've installed. Can anyone direct me to what the liscencing is on that? Is it free? Some fee if I want to release it? Or just not allowed?

Each plug in author sets their own terms of use. Some are free for non commercial use only, and some are free for both commercial and non-commercial use. The best way to know which it is for your plug in is to check with the writer. They usually post the terms somewhere on the same page as the plug-ins (look for one that says terms of use). If you cannot find the terms anywhere you can post a message and ask, but I usually say if the terms are not clearly posted, best to just avoid that resource completely.

Yanfly has theirs on their website, and last time I checked it was free for commercial and non commercial use.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
