Poison/MP Drain while Standing outside battle

Hello everyone,


I started a new thread immediately after the last one because I just realized I have another problem ;u;. I'm using Sapphire Action System IV, but I don't think you'd need to go through it for the script I need.


I know you already take damage from poison and similar states outside of battle by taking a step on the map, but I was wondering if there was a script that would allow taking damage while just standing still on the map. For example, every second you stand still you take damage. Preferably, this would be overridden if the character is moving, that way you don't take damage twice, but honestly, I would consider that optional, as my main concern is taking standing damage in the first place.


Any help would be appreciated!

Try this one, Use plugin Yep_RegionCommonEvents. Create a 3 Common Events the first one will On the process of Poison and the 2nd will Off the process of Poison. And Also Create a Parallel Process that will trigger when the Poison switch is On and the command of that is Decreasing the HP/MP of your Actor. Actually I tried this one and it's working :D

Hey, I appreciate the help, but I can't seem to open that demo of yours? I think we may be using different rpgmaker versions or something, because when I try to open it in Ace, an error pops up that says "unexpected file type"

@atmanSeijo: oh, The demo is good for MV only :(  Sorry i noticed that you're an VX Ace user :(  Okey I will help you, Just find a plugins in VX Ace that is similar to YEP_RegionCommonEvents. Hey,  I found a script for region events, and after seeing the video you linked me, I got a general idea of how its supposed to work and I figured it out myself. Thanks for your help!

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
