Really? I had a few problems with Iris... It was her fast Haxorus with earthquake that screwed me over. Having a Lucario is a double-edged sword sometimes. My Lucario was Jolly so it being out speeded by Iris's Haxorus was a major shock! Serperior was useless and Crobat didn''t survive long when her team Sword Danced/ Dragon Danced :/

Though I beat hr like... 2-3 months ago xD

Lucario was the one she knocked out Then had Meloetta OHKO Haxorus.

Am I still the only one who dislikes Meloetta? Don't get me wrong, I hear she is wonderful in battle. Just, her overall design bores me to death. Nothing really stands out about her to me. Not to mention her being yet another Psychic typed Legendary Pokemon. She just doesn't seem to have anything really unique about her that screams "I am a cool pokemon". BUT, everyone else seems to like her, so I really don't have much ground to stand on with my opinion.

Wonderful in battle? I remember the time I used her in Pokemon-Online and she was terrible. I actually like her design, I dunno, I feel there are a lack of human-like Pokemon in the franchise.

The form change is what does it for me. Being able to swap between a psychic normal and fighting normal can really surprise other players.

Okay guys, serious question now. For each type, I need a pokemon that could serve as a starter pokemon. By each type, I mean...

Bug-Dark-Dragon-Electric-Fighting-Fire-Flying-Ghost-Grass-Ground-Ice-Normal-Poison-Psychic-Rock-Steel-Water-Now, what I want to know is what would be your ideal pokemon to serve as a starter pokemon for each type. This includes all pokemon from Gen 1 through Gen 5. Be reasonable with them and maybe even give some reasons as to why you picked some of them. By reasonable, I mean don't put Rayquaza as the Dragon starter, or Mewtwo as the Psychic. Think about what makes a starter a starter. Try to also think of a balance of power, keeping most of them within a power range.

The reason I am asking this can not be fully explained quite yet, but this will be interesting to see. I can say that this information will go to a good cause though.

Interesting picks. I like them. Mainly, my choices revolved around trying to keep then in the single type category for as long as possible so that no starter really stood out over the others power wise. However, I do like what you chose.

Whops! Pretty late chaching this topic im playing White currently on Nintendo DS and i probably can't afford White or Black 2 until my next birthday (May) and I was so sad that the store keeper didn't had a copy of Black!
