So, let me explain something real quick guys. A little while ago, I asked you all to give me your idea starter pokemon for each type. The reason for this is me and Dekita are planning a fan game of sorts that (we hope) will take the pokemon series and give it a huge boost in a different direction while keeping the overall feeling of the main games. Much grander scale than what you would normally expect from pokemon.
I need to explain this without giving away key details so that it will still be a surprise somewhat. Hmm... Okay, so you will be picking starters as normal. My idea though is to not limit it to just Fire, Water, Grass. I want the option of having a range of starters based on what kind of trainer you are. How your pokemon is picked, I will not say, but I needed to know what kind of pokemon people would like to see as options. I don't want to have a bunch of options and only have one or two pokemon actually be chosen every time someone plays. I wanted the group as a whole to be appealing to trainers so that no single pokemon is picked more than all the others. I actually want to give the player a reason to go back and try out new pokemon when/if they start their game over.
My question still stands for anyone wanting to make their own list still. If you have yet to see the lists, just keep going back posts until you find some. The already listed ones from members are actually pretty cool.
