Ghost type Pokemon I loved using since the first generation. Gengar, Haunter, Banette, Toomba, and Chandlier are my favorite ghost types and would use them in a team anytime.

It was the Pokemon with the purple spiral face I believe was the only ghost type that is Shadow/Ghost I think I went of with the name I called him since he reminded me of a Goomba. Oh well it's not my fault anyways.

Toomba was the only Ghost not weak to ground because of Levitate I think, Psychic, and other ghosts plus he had strong def and special def making him a versatile and dangerous opponent.

Must be Spirit Tomb. Ghost/Dark alleviating it of any weakness. Yes it has pretty good defensive stats but it's HP is sub-par in comparison.

Yup, that was it! Spirit Tomb! I enjoyed using him in battle though his capability in battle were easily shot down when I fought online since most players found him useful at using curse which I shook my head at and I drove screws in their other Pokemon really easily after that, but hey it wasn't my fault.

Hypnosis plus Dream Eater was usually my ideal strategy, but shame it no longer applies when fighting against Normal, Fighting, and Dark types.

Slowbro is one psychic type I can let pass since he's like me along with Alakazam since he is very strong in Sp. Atk's though Chandlier has I believe surpassed him since Alakazam's defenses lack beyond comparison.

Mewtwo had strong Sp. Atk and Sp. Def if I recalled correctly though in comparison to Deoxsys whose stats were based on his forms and some forms lacked power compared to others.

Deoxyz's power is brutal, but he is the living definition of a glass cannon xD 50. In Attack and Speed forms his base HP and defenses are 50. If someones sends out a Weavile to force Deoxyz out and uses Pursuit it's finished xD

All this Spiritomb talk and no mention of little Sableye!

Sableye was first! Although Spiritomb is much better off, in regards to stats and movepool if I recall correctly.

Seriously, Sableye and Mawile. Feels like they forgot to give them something. It's too bad really. Both are good combinations of creepy and cute!

Sableye and Mawile should of got evolutions. Game Freak wasted potential as always...

Sableye I felt was a bit lacking in power, but oh boy was I wrong because at level 50 he killed off my Ghost cyclops Pokemon in Ruby during one of my matches and he had a strong Sp. Def.

Mawile I thought was pretty cool judging that she was a steel and ghost which made her a bit versatile in battle.

Ghosts can't really do much to Sableye are weak to Dark. Dusclops, although has great defenses and crappy HP and Mawile is just Steel type bro

Eh, pokemon who has few type weaknesses get an overload of stat weaknesses.

Apparently you can customize the colour of the protagonist's hair and skin in X and Y... You know what that means?

Orly? It's about time they added in character customization, it's a feature that'd be perfect for Pokemon, awesome news anyway Hopefully some different outfits too :3

Per Serebii:

- Gogoat (Far Right), the Riding Pokémon. It is a Grass type, and if you look at the image on the lower right it appears as though you can ride it!! It also knows the move Horn Leech.
- Elikiteru (Bottom) is apparently an Electric/Normal type and is considered the Generation Pokémon. It knows the move Parabora Charge which heals the user while it damages opponent(s). It is said to use solar rays to generate electricity.
- Yayakoma (Far Left) is the Japanese Robin Pokémon and looks to be the region's Normal/Flying type. It can use the move Flame Charge.
- Yancham (THE PANDA!!!) is known as the Naughty Pokémon. It's a Fighting type and knows the move Parting (Sharp?) Remark.

- The region name is apparently called the Karos Region.
- Main city is Miare City.
- Slight character customization seems to be available (skin shade / hair color)

Every time I see the X legendary, I always see it walking down a path in a forest... with a bunch of deerling following it! XD

Edit: What does the 1,000 next to X and Y mean. I hope it doesn't mean they are totaling up to 1,000 pokemon.

New female trainer: Super cute and super cool

New male trainer: there (really, that's all I can say, he's just...there)

As for the customization, the scan only shows 3 versions for each trainer, that would be really sad if that's all it was.

Still, you know, customization has been around since Crystal, you only have 2 choices but it's pretty big, MUCH more interesting than just having one character to change a little, I feel. You know that question, "Are you a boy, or are you a girl?" Best customization option, really. (but more never hurts!)

So happy to see a Panda Pokémon! Spinda...was barely a panda. It was like a cross between a panda, a red panda (another Pokémon we need), and some kind of rabbit thing. I wonder what it's evolution will look like!?

Sawsbuck's unique move is already no longer unique. I wonder if the animation will still shoot out antlers?? Speaking of Sawsbuck, I want another Pokémon that interacts with seasons, maybe some seasonal moves, or a seasonal legendary (I dunno, why not?)

I do wonder why the electric lizard is Electric/Normal, it doesn't look "normal". I dunno, most half-normal types did look "normal" to me, but this one, not so much.

The bird, of course there's a normal/flying bird, and it's probably early. At least it learns a Fire type move, interestingly enough!

I'm feeling a little more hyped for X and Y now! The female trainer looks super great, really. Still, I hope the customization options are more interesting than it seems.
