Hmm, how's it different from Pokemon Online?

Are those scans for real!? It seems like Pokemon are getting more simplified in their designs every gen, but I'm excited for a normal/electric pokemon, because that normal type paring with more "special" types doesn't seem to be experimented much.

If you can ride on pokemon like the goat, that would make my life complete.

And Chaos Avian... Black trainer with an army of Torchic... This new gen needs a watermelon pokemon. xD

If we have ghost Pokemon then I would like to see a zombie type like Pokemon which would make things a lot more interesting. So far there have been Pokemon that represent many different things especially a tree.

Can anyone explain why a tree Sudowoodo be a rock? It doesn't make sense to me.

And why Sudowoodo is a rock is because his tree form is camouflage, so he's not really a tree, but a rock disguised as a tree. confusing, I know.

A rock disguised as a tree really isn't a convincing camouflage since in the Pokemon world there are people that water the trees so if he wanted to camouflage into something then a tree really wasn't a good idea.

Wait, that's a geodude... oh well. But it's at least better than a tree.

He's based off of real-life artificially made plants, including decorative tree bark made out of concrete. That 'ought to explain his Rock typing, because Sudowoodo isn't a real plant.

How about a rock disguised as a wall? Wait that's Whomp though he's a Mario enemy though that could work. Pokemon hasn't touched Wall type Pokemon so the fix is still there.

That's actually how Sudowoodo is first encountered in the games actually. A weird "tree" is blocking your path, and you water it, and it gets flustered and attacks! Also, going off of what Ratty524 said, note it's name Sudowoodo. Pseudo-wood. Fake wood.

And holy crap everything that game has shown so far looks awesome. I also loved the Panda's attack animation, it made me chuckle.

I wish they get rid of those circles around the pokemon in battle, it was fine in the 2D games, but it really doesn't fit in 3D, I prefer it like Colosseum where it has a detailed background without the circles but they still don't move from there spots. Everything else looks great though.

Seacliff, you just made me take out my Gamecube and start playing Pokemon Colosseum again. And yeah I completely agree, we have full 3D fleshed out backgrounds.

Anyways, I do hope they have something like a Pokemon Colosseum 3 for the Wii u, battle revolution may as well be a stadium 3. But I want a story, like a story with some background again.

Anyone remember the first pokemon coliseum with Snorlax knowing TM Fly? It still shocks me to this day that a huge fat pokemon weighing 1000 lbs can fly in the air without any wings or concern without gravity.
