In Pokemon Ruby's pokedex entry for Swampert it explicitly says "it has enough Strength to move boulders" So in hindsight some Pokemon SHOULD be able to do HM moves innately. (Poor Scyther xD)

Yanmega is described as being capable of carrying an adult, yet it can't use Fly. Hariyama is a fat tub of butter with no fish-like features yet it can use Surf.

They should just allow pokemon that could learn a HM move, to automatically be able to do that HM move...

For example, when your charmeleon evolves into charizard, you can then Fly to wherever...

Own a Blastoise, surf your way to happiness...

Have electric pokemon ? Flash your way through dark caves..

Large / Heavy / Powerfull pokemon , push boulders aside no problem...

you get the idea

Sitting on Pidegys, and Zubats should be considered animal cruelty, all though Zubats shouldn't have any rights, damn caves...

Well, it's practically "fanon" that Giovanni is Ash/Red's father, while Ash's Mom (Delilah) has a relationship with Professor Oak, which...isn't exactly what you were getting at. Actually, I think one theory is that Professor Oak is indeed Ash's father, while Giovanni was still Delilah's husband, maybe Giovanni left her because of the affair, and that's why he started Team Rocket...LOL, no, that's ridiculous.

Giovanni is in fact Silver's (Rivel in G/S/C) father. In the manga and Heart Gold/ Soul Silver extra it was proven. It was even highlighted in Leaf Green/ Fire Red when a scientist thought Red was Giovanni's son, but then realized he wasn't since Silver has red hair

It was proven in Heargold/Soulsilver. If you travel back in time with an event Celebi, you'll find out that Giovanni was Silver's father, and even get to battle Gio again.
