    Hey fellow game makers. I was wondering how would I begin to even implement this idea. So I want the player to receive an item that contains a skill, when the player uses the item, shows actors on your team's party that are capable of learning that skill instead of just forcing one character to get all the skills. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Make item that you want.
    And add a common event that has the capability of teaching the skill.
    Put a skill type that only some actors(pokemon) can learn.
    Put this common event in the item through database.
    Make that item not consumable(for use several times)
