Pokémon style enemy stats?

In my game (it's a pokémon game, in the style of a regular rpg) I'm having trouble finding a proper way of giving stats to the enemies. So I decided to seek out a script that allows for the enemies to have base stats and levels, as it seems appropriate for my problem. I'm seeking out a script that does just that, help?

We'll need a bit more detail on that. Do you want enemies to scale with the player? Or do you mean something else?

@Uzuki I want to be able to assign a base stat value to an enemy, for each stat except for luck, and have it raise and lower depending on the level I assign it. I want maybe a way to set what level a monster is, by a comment in the troop it's in.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
