Try the link in his signature. It's working for me.

The link works, but the actual script does nothing, and every time I speak to someone, the game crashes with the message, "Unable to find file: Graphics/System/BubbleTag". I can't find the link to download the image anywhere.

Don't know why I couldn't find it earlier.
Oh, just save the image in Graphics/System of your project folder!
