Here's one from my vista laptop.
Vista had those shortcut toolbars that you can create by dragging a folder to the corner of the screen, which was really convenient. I couldn't find them when I went to 7 or 8.
Windows 8 allows you to make custom menus...which is ok.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... 
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
