@seangcrombie That's too bad. These times are a bit crazy and mess everything up for all of us. But yeah you sounded to good to be Just an amateur haha
Which musical would you've been in?
Haha oh it was just a community theatre thing in my (country) town! It was gonna be Jesus Christ Superstar!

Anyway, wanted to post some of my music here too, even tho I'm always nervous about sharing stuff. ^u^"
Here's the playlist for the ongoing OST of my game, not nearly finished yet of course.

This was a commission for the English translation of a French RPG called Version Fille. The creator of the game asked for a new title theme for the English version of the game; I'm quite proud of this one. It was partially inspired by Chrono Trigger (particularly with regards to the ending, you can hear that in the finale of this piece), but the biggest inspiration was the main theme of Octopath Traveler; the idea of a solo instrument backed up by the full orchestra intrigued me. Could more experienced game composers here give me some feedback on the composition itself, maybe tips on how to improve my style/craft based on it? Thanks!

Nice music! You have some real talent there, I love the strings and percussion you write.

Fantastic producing and writing!! This is a really solid track, and its also memorable and a perfect fit for a title theme. In terms of criticism theres not much I can say except the cymbals at 1:18 are a little jarring.

My turn, heres some of my stuff! Criticism and feedback is encouraged. This is from an album that should be done by the end of may.

Thank you! quq
I get most praise for the percussions in my music haha... I dunno, I guess it's the easiest for me because percussion is stuck in my head all the time.

Can't listen to music right now, but I'll go at it later today!

I will try posting my music in here as often as possible. But, Here are some music that I made.

The Secret Meeting - An espionage theme, inspired by the Pink Panther. Has some blues style a bit.

World Map Theme (Day) - More like a Classical JRPG world map theme with mysterious and militaristic feelings on it.

World Map Them (Night) - A variation of the World Map Theme

Enjoy

I liked this track, I thought it had a very nice soothing quality to it. The only feedback I would give is to consider dropping the velocity/volume of some of the higher notes, like those around 1:35. This may help keep things soft, since high notes tend to have a piercing quality to them and can easily be a bit too much, in my opinion. This is me being kind of nitpicky though, I really liked it overall, good job!

Here's something I'd like to share, I made it as a loop for a village, its kind of long (5 minutes) so I appreciate anyone taking the time to listen. Hope you guys like it, and any criticism is welcome!

Hello all! I'd like to share some music I've produced here as well.

This is the soundtrack I made for a game called Afterlife Academy: Episode I: For Whom the Bell Tolls. Any feedback you have is welcome. Enjoy!

Hi guys!
I want to introduce myself.
I'm an italian composer, guitarist an vocalist.
Since I was fourteen I have been playing the guitar and singing different genres.
When i was twenty years old I joined conservatory (on Salerno, Italy) in the class of classical guitar.
When i was twenty five I achieved London Pop singing grade.
Actually I compose music for Videogames and I'm working with a solo album.
Unfortunally COVID-19 has frozen temporarily my project but I hope to restore everything as soon as possible.
Meanwhile I share with you a DEMO of "Livin on a prayer" by Bon Jovi that I recorded months ago. This version is inspired to their acoustic album. In the same channel are uploaded some concert videos.
If anyone like or want to give me some advice, I will appreciate it.
I hope that my music will be a good entertainement for you!
Thanks to all!

Hello RPG Makers!

I'm new to the forums, but very glad to have found a music sharing thread! I'm very much looking forward to listening through the posted tracks when I have a bit more time. In the meanwhile, I'd like to share one of my own:

A battle track I worked on for an unannounced project.

Hope you enjoy :)

I have composed more music (download link is available at the description of the video)

The Rainy Capital - Perfect for a rainy and moody city. You could add the Rain BGS for the perfect combo.

The Snow Runner - Snow field dungeon theme.
