I think they all great for their purpose/environment!
I liked the most Shrine, Trailer and Battle, they all give emotion of exciting journey.

That one time I made an audio-only musical album.
It's a Swing-Metal Band Orchestral Musical Tale for Days! This is vocal track...3, I think?

Maaaaaaaan all of your music sounds so crisp and professional xD Made some loops for my game just to try it out. Tried to keep it very simple because its a simple retro game...And I have no idea what I'm doing.

You seem to have a grasp on making music to my ears! Your "Strange Jungle", "Dark Chapel", and "Serene Conviction" pieces could absolutely make a good portion of devs choose your services over mine. Especially if my styles are missing what the project lead wants. And if my track record continues as it has been, I'm going to be composing for full on animations, action/fighting/shooting games, and movies before I'm hired for a 60-track (J)RPG. *Sniffles*

By the way, assuming you were referring to my music and not the OPs, thank you kindly!

Im not really an artist or anything, i just use beepbox :p I have no knowledge of musical theory at all actually xD

But its fun to tinker with and i like making as much of my game as i possibly can. They are all background kind of music because i dont know how to many anything else yet xD
I was indeed referring to your music, as well as others. checked out a few pages before posting. I have downloaded a DAW but its gonna take awhile to learn :p

This is my very, very first real attempt at making a sort of "Jazz Boss Battle" theme, so please forgive in advance for its many imperfections. Anyways, let my life be a lesson for you all: if you're a composer, please learn how to play the keys; don't be like me. Because I have no experience or knowledge of theory, I actually did 95% of the piano on a computer mouse. And it's just as time consuming and, uh, a choice, as it sounds in the track.

So, I haven't posted anything here in a long, long time. I had a ton of nonsense going on in my personal life, and I just got burned out on doing anything creative..... but I did this last night. Feels good to do things again.

PS. Holy crap, everyone posting here has gotten so much better it seems over the last couple of years. There's some really impressive stuff here these days.

Hello guys - I made a post in this forum of my game's whole soundtrack, but have only been told they aren't working. I tried to fix it but have no idea if it's working for anyone else. Here's one song, my battle music, does it play imbedded like this? Works for me, anyway

If it does work, the rest of the soundtrack is HERE

Sometimes a mechanic that is meant to add challenge is just annoying. Even the Final Fantasy games did not completely escape this pitfall of design. (FF8 draw system I'm looking at you - grrrr)
starting working on the sprites for one of my games major antagonists finally. here's the first frame of his chanting motion in battle.
Have spent too much time hammering out with a friend just how to make a reoccurring enemy that permanently learns skills you use against her.
I know what I want in a loose sense. Maybe I should just make a post asking for opinions and suggestions.
