I have a handful of resources that I either created or edited from base game graphics. I want to share them, but I am not sure what the best way to go about it would be. Should I categorize them in separate posts (ie, robots on one post, Tileset on another, weapons on another) or would it be preferable to dump them all into one post? I also intend to post up some generator parts, those I will definitely post apart from the Tilesets/other assets, but due to the various categories of parts I wonder if each should be in individual posts or if it would be better to do a singular post with multiple generator parts. Please weigh in on this if you have any input.

You can take a look at some of the other resource threads that people have posted to find a format you like. Most people divide them up as you describe, but rather than putting each section in a different post, they put them under spoiler tags.

Pretend I have some tilesets to share, they'd go here!
Pretend I have some character grpahics to share, they'd go here!

And so on and so on. Lots of people appreciate it if you update your first post as well when you add a new resource, but it's not required to do so. It just means people will have to sift through your thread for anything new.

You can put your terms of use first thing in the post, or last thing in the post, or even both--just make sure you include them, so that people know if they can use your resources in commercial projects, how you'd like to be credited, etc.

Most of people here create a kinda "personal depot" in a single post, using SPOILERS tag to reduce the size and give better readability. That way you can link just that post in your sig and is easier for new users to check all your stuff at once.

Thanks for the quick and helpful response! I will definitely take your advice.

Thanks! That's very helpful. I have stuff up on another site, but it's not as user-friendly and lately has had less traffic and more bots. I want to share my work with anyone who may enjoy putting it to use.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
