Princess Maker/Long Live the Queen Gameplay?

Hello! I'm not the most intelligent noob out there, so I'm sorry if I'm not making much sense here. I was thinking of the games Princess Maker and Long Live the Queen. If my memory is correct, and I'm not confusing these games with anything else, there is a certain type of gameplay involved in these two games. You choose activities for a character to do each day, the character does them, which raises some stats, and the higher the stats, the better the character is at certain skills, and perhaps there are some mild branching story events both dependent on the character's stats and choices made by the player on other events. Is this sort of gameplay possible to make in an RM game? I'm currently working with the MV engine. Would plugins be required, or at least would any plugins make the construction of the gameplay easier? I'm asking because I have two game ideas (feel free to steal them, because I would love to see different people interpret them). 1) I want to make a game where you are a highly educated prostitute in a brothel (no graphic nudity or sex shown, though), and over time you have to increase your skills (such as dancing, singing, and talking dirty), and you might even get to choose which clients you want to seduce the hardest, like a dating sim. 2) My other idea is a bit similar to Princess Maker, in that you, the player, are in a fatherly role, but you run the risk of your child becoming violently insane if you don't raise the kid right. You might even end up murdered by the kid.
