Time for my amazing in-depth review.
First the dialogue. It's so impressive. The system is amazing and the wider resolution really adds to the charm as well. Interaction between characters is kept short and sweet, with the characters emotions being clearly displayed, and even when you add in a few humorous lines it doesn't seem out of place like in other games. The little scene you gave us at the end with the Knight also was a great touch. That really set the mood perfectly, as well as being the best dialogue exchange in any RM game I have ever played.
The battle system I honestly don't know too much about. So far I was only given a taste of the physical aspect, not so much magical. With Kid and his Divide magic and the elemental resistance (White vs Black) and such, you set up a great system, I just wanted to use it more. Also chain skills. I love chain skills.
As for the mapping, I actually enjoyed it a lot. People now focus on MAPS, MAPS, MAPS in their game, going to great length to make their maps look pretty. You keep things nice, simple and realistic. The maps make perfect sense, and are in a perfect ratio compared to the player. Then again all I've seen is a basement, a castle interior and some weird space thing, so I don't think I can solidify an opinion just yet. Also that thing you did with creating all the pillars as you were walking down the hallway was the most intense scene, and it was so cool.
Basically this was fantastic and Isabella is the most beautiful character I have ever seen. Remiel can suck a bag of dicks, she's mine.
