ALSO I can't really use those the way I want to unless I know they are commercially usable and I don't know about you but I can't read what appears to be Spanish.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
