Problem with license

Hello together,

I hope I chose the right category...I already asked technical support some days ago, but no answer so far:

I bought the product RPG Maker VX some time ago. When I start it now, it wants a license key. Where can I find my key?
I know I used the software half a year ago and also had a key, but I cannot find it anymore.

Do you really mean VX or VX Ace?

It says "RPG Maker VX" in the overview of my purchases/orders.

The file, which I can download, is named RPGVX_E.exe.

For VXA (newer versions) the key is the same as the order number.

For VX and older VXA it is different and we would have to know which one and where purchased to point you on how to get the key.
