    Hello there,

I need a help in how don't stretch or scale the resolution in game.
    Exist some plugin or something?

I'll put your name (if you want) in the credits.
    Thanks.

I'll post two images to explain it better.

The first is when stretching the game how you want.

And the second one is the normal resolution in game.

I want to lock the normal resolution so the window can not stretch it like the first image.

(BTW: this is not my current project and sorry for my poor english, is not my native language.)

That is something to do with your graphics card, and what you do to change it will not affect how it looks when others play the game, because they won't have the same graphics card and same settings as you.

Go to your graphics card properties and find the Scaling options. There will probably be options to scale, tile, or keep aspect ratio. You want the one that keeps the aspect ratio. This means it will put black bars at the sides of the screen when you go to fullscreen mode, so it doesn't stretch the graphics.

Sorry, that is not the problem.

I want to keep the normal resolution without the player stretch the game.

(BTW: these images are not of my current project).

    Thanks.

Would you please edit your topic title to something meaningful. All queries in this section are because someone wants help with something. The benefits of a meaningful title are that people who might be able to answer can see at a glance what sort of query you have without having to open up every individual thread, and then someone with a similar query later on can find your thread and its solution.

    Thanks.

You just need to make your maps bigger. The smallest your map should be made is the new resolution of your screen.

I want to lock the resolution. For example, in OneShot or LISA rpg you can't stretch the window.

I think you're saying you want to stop the player resizing the game window? That also bothered me when MV first came out, and I asked if there was a way to prevent it, but I didn't get a solution.

I hope you can find a way to do it, and let us know, as I'd like to do it as well.

Yes, I'm still waiting for it but also I'll search for myself.

    It's very weird, I don't like it.

Yes. I don't like it either. At least when they do resize the window, they don't get to see other parts of the map. I have a feeling in the first version of MV, if you resized the window, you could see more tiles. THAT wasn't good!

You can do this if you wrap your game yourself and disable it in the package.json. I tried to see if you could disable it through nwjs, but when setting it to false, I was still able to resize it.
For custom wrapping, here's how you would do it but wrapping it with electron instead of nwjs

@Revockz : The only thing is, you just double posted again. Though I think what happened was when you went to quote me, it put it in a new post. Just be careful to put that in an edit next time please.
