So I am making a horror game and I am making the art for it, but I need help with these tiles, they are supposed to be roads but for some reason they glitch out whenever I place them. Any help would be awesome!

It's because you haven't drawn them properly. Maybe take a look at the fence autotiles as an example.

And this: https://blog.rpgmakerweb.com/tutorials/tutorial-how-autotiles-work/

How big are you making these? I open up that attachment and it looks like they're WAY bigger than 48x48 tiles. It also doesn't look like your autotile set is in the right proportions. Definitely read that blog post.

I drew them in the correct order, each tile should be 48x48.

each tile should be 48x48.
that sentence alone shows that you didn't read the topic linked, because no autotile ever was 48x48 pixel, and you can't make autotiles in 48x48.

regular tiles for MV are 48x48, autotiles start at 96x96 for wall-autotiles and go up from there, up to 288x144 for animated watertiles

I've fixed the problem, it was sort of impossible to do those types of roads so I had to use B tiles as the yellow lines, it's now so much easier.
