I know there is a support ticket and yes I did send one. Sorry to bother but I can't wait because there is that sweet 35% off on right now for RPG Maker MV. The "Payment could not be processed, please check the details you entered" is the problem for me. Note: I am using a Visa Prepaid card that was newly bought and I did check the balance when I first got it that it had enough money to purchase it. It could be that the prepaid is a problem because I did read that it caused problems in the past. I'm not in a huge rush to purchase it because I still have time on my trial. I was hoping to have two questions answered: How long do the support tickets take? (and) Will I still be able to get the 35% even when the sale is gone but the ticket was responded to?
