Problems with 'spoilers' and 'quotes'

In new forum design I have a few problems with adding and editing comments and posts.


First af all because new design is not adopted for tablets.


1. I can not move and delete a 'spoiler' frame via tablet;


2. I can not move and delete a 'quote' frame via tablet (there is a problem with overquoting);


3. I can not delete a 'spoiler' frame even when I edit post when working on PC:


(Ex: how to delete the third spoiler in that post without deleting all content in it?





I can not even 'copy all' in that spoiler and past it out of spoiler.)


4. I can not edit links if I no need a big preview but only link as a text (see above).








 

Maybe I missed something.








And I do not say that all of it spoils the mood. Especially if the post is quite large.


Can You add a HTML editor with preview that solved these problems?


If NO, so can You solve these problems in another way?
