Product key help!

I purchased RPG Maker MV today (purchased from the RPG Maker site) and I for some reason did not receive a product key. I can not email for support due to one of the required fields being the Product Key. I have no idea what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can fill the key field with zeroes if you don't have the key, but most probably you'll have to send a support ticked to get the email with the keys resend.


Please check your junk for emails to be sure, and the main account to see if there was no mistake on creating it.
