where can i change my profile picture here?....
cant find a option in settings and elsewhere.

Click on your profile picture and there should be an option to change it.

Click your profile then scroll down to avatar. For you it’ll show the ‘?’ symbol. Click on it and simply upload your own avatar and click save.

I believe when you have a brand new account, you're also prevented from changing your avatar until your first posts have been approved, which probably adds to a little bit of the confusion at first, haha.
