It's working perfectly now, there shouldn't be anymore issue regarding that particular tile.  Thanks!

well, discontinued this due to lack of interest from the community,
I'm working on a world generator right now.

Having a lot of fun with it,

If you want to try it, I've attached a copy of the most recent version,
I just started working on this yesterday.

Hi, ValidDark, idk if you are familiar with Momope, creator of tons and tons of RTP downs, but he/she had released a set of the parts and pieces which can be used to create new downed sprites.

Since I am more comfortable with C++ than RGSS2/3, I took especial notice of your programs.

I have a couple questions.

Can they work with png files?

Would you be willing to share the source code for me to play around with to see if the momope resources can be edited into a form which will suit a generator? (fwiw, momope had made/released a generator as a vx game, and now the game is no longer available to download, but with a certain amount of fiddling, the resources can still be downloaded.)

The only way they would work is with a lot of aligning. For some reason the files are not nicely lined up (so that, for example, you could just make them into layers for an image editing program to assemble.)

And of course they would have to be png files to accomodate the transparency of the layers.

If you did not want to share your source code I completely understand. Let me know if you are interested in this idea,

Deb

Yeah, I've sent you a PM,
also I'm in need of an artist, or a few artists, if anyone wants to volunteer.

Are you still working on your world map generator?  Looks like it could be interesting!

I downloaded it, but it's not clear to me how it works.  I get a small screen with maps like the ones you posted images of, but how do I then extract them into a useable format?

Is there still a way to get the tileset program "AutoTile"?

Hello DJinfection, I was talking with someone today about these old projects and did a google search for something and my picture from the first post came up which brought me here.
I'm glad to hear you're interested in this project, I've re-uploaded it to Google Drive so you can grab it if you wish.

I stopped working on it years ago.

I ended up finishing the world generator, and remade it with more features, and most recently remade it in 3D using UE4.

I haven't touched or looked at this program in years, there should be a readme with instructions on how to use it.

(I don't have access to that old account, and never really used RPGmaker, just borrowed it's file format for tilesheets, made this tool and thought I'd share it with the community)

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
