I am looking for a plugin that allows you to pull someone's username on their computer and use it as a variable so I can put it in dialogue.

You can use the "Script" part of a Control Variables event command to set it. Note that this would only work on desktop deployments, not web deployments.

As @Aloe Guvner said, you need to execute that script on a variable call, then just use the code below to make the name appear:

"Hi, I'm your PC, \v[x], nice to meet ya!"

You need to replace X for the variable number where you stored the name.
