Put a picture in specific event

Hello guys!! I'm new in RPG Maker.

I was wondering if maybe i could put an image in specific part of the game. You know "To The Moon"? There's a part that John and River are sitting in the large wood.

We (my cousin and i) would like to do this in our game so that we can show more animated view.

I am using RPG Maker VX Ace )

That is basic eventing - you have commands to show pictures and move pictures for use in any event.
