as the tile asks, is there a way that I can control click multiple maps and go to edit and select the same BGM to apply to all maps once I'm done making the set of maps?

Answer is simple, no.
But you can do it with text editor, such as notepad++, just open desired map in n++ and use button replace in all opened documents

(Sorry I didn't switch to english, but I hope you got the point)
