I have decided to try to make a shorter game with the PVGame tilesets.

Unfortunately there is a slight problem that has cropped up and I have no idea how to fix it.

I am currently using the Large Sprite ☆ Display Fix script.

But basically the head of the character goes under the tileset, and the NPC is showing the legs at the bottom of the tile. Not sure what to do to fix that problem.

Here is the two pictures.

Couldn't find a way to attach the pictures through the forum topic, and thought I might be able to attach the pictures as an edit, but that didn't work, so had to use mediafire which was taking so long to load.

I edited the first post now.

you can upload pictures to a post as an attachment... :)

anyway, if this is the case:

But basically the head of the character goes under the tileset, and the NPC is showing the legs at the bottom of the tile.
then it seems like the script that comes with the pack isn't doing it's job correctly...

oh wait it might be because the tile below was set to X, try making it O...

That was one of the first things I tried, but it does not work, as the legs still show and the head vanishes under the tile as well.

If I set a star for both areas, and change the passability to none, it covers the feet BUT the player can still pass under the tiles. Not sure how to fix that either.

Click on the passage 4 direction and click on all the arrows so they vanish.

I think the star overrides other passabilities... there was fix script here for that I believe...

as for the original problem... hmmm...

I got part of the problem fixed. The player's head vanishing under the top of the table has been fixed the the NPC's legs are still showing.

I am using both the Zlevel script as well as the script I mentioned earlier the Large Sprite ☆ Display Fix.

I have tried removing one script at a time but that did squat.

Though when I have the star the legs vanish, but the player can move right through the area that the player shouldn't.

you should find the star passability fix script... I think it's on the bug fixes thread... by default, when a tile is star, it automatically becomes passable

I tried looking, and found a few fixes, but they don't help.

With the NPC's legs showing, I have found a possible solution but that is using events with graphics of the bottom of the stalls, but if I have 10 stalls, then that means I will have to have 50 events that do absolutely nothing. Not sure if that could cause a lag or not... any other way to fix this solution

try waiting for other HF users... I haven't seen anyone having problems like that while using the included scripts

I searched the forum and found out that there is a update for the program, which has a star passability fix, and since I was using 1.1a (I think it was). I Installed the updated program and put in the Large Sprite ☆ Display Fix script, and it is fixed now.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
