'Tutorials' is where people who have made tutorials can post them to share with the community. "How do I...?" Questions go in the support forum for the engine you are using.

I've moved this thread to RPGMaker MV. Please be sure to post your threads in the correct forum next time. Thank you.

This is not even about rpg maker, but about photoshop. I'm afraid I can't help you with how to use photoshop.
Besides, what is the "best" supposed to mean? Like what are you expecting from it? Quality compression? Quality visuals? Saving as much space as you can, while these tilesets still look good?

    Hi there,
It's quality visuals image and lowest storage ( K B ) . Because I'm using Tiled editor and RPG Maker MV. When i use multiple tileset at the same time (draw the map) . And then, To test game seem lag (low fps)

If you have lag, then while it may be caused by tilesets, it is usually due to different reasons. Many plugins or low computer specifications. Or the last possible cause is incompatibility. For example if you don't use WebGL to render the game, it is slower than if you do. But you cannot use webgl to render your game if your hardware and software don't support it well.
