RMMV QMovmevent ignoreCharacter fix | use variables instead of numbers

I'm looking for a fix similar to this one, but for event's comments tag.
Basically, QMovement is using <ignoreCharas:CHARAIDS> comment tag to determine which event should be ignored(have no collision) by the given event.

From what I understand its code looks like this:

Shaz's solution to a similar problem with QPathfind was this:

I've tried my best trying to adapt this code for the QMovement plugin but nothing worked.

Hi, I've just tried your plugin "Game is Active" and when I tested it on Android, it gave me an error, something about "Cannot read property 'underfined' of underfined.
With my project, I want the player to have access to all the tools they need to get from New Game to Credits as soon as possible; I want the player's progress to only be impeded by the player not knowing how to use the tools the game provides.
