QTouch plugin modification - change cursor on event hover

I use this plugin, but there's one problem.

I want to change the cursor image upon hovering over the event. TDDP mouse ex plugin did that via "comments", is it possible to make QTouch work like that somehow? I could pay through PayPal for this modification.

Also clicking to activate the events was a very useful feature.
