Quest and crafting scripts/plugins are the type of plugins that require a lot of work to get them usable in a project - because they require a lot of data in very specific structures.
That is not something that can be learned in five minutes or explained in two sentences, no matter which specific one you're using.
If there is one you need help with, you need to link us to it and give specific questions, preferably pointing to a sentence in its instructions that you don't understand. We cannot help if you don't explain in detail where your problems are.
That said, based on your post count and the lack of details in your question, I assume you are a rather new user of the RPG Makers.
In that case I suggest you follow the link to the "starting point" in my signature and work through the tutorials listed there.
If you really work through them (reading tutorials without working through them is just a waste of your time), then that should get you the basics of the RMs in about a month on average - and no, that is no joke, unless you have previous experience in game development a month is the minimum neccessary to learn the basics of game development.
A lot of people who don't accept that they have to put in work and learn what they're doing with game development usually either waste a year of gueswork not understanding how to use things like crafting plugins or abandon the idea of game development completely. Finishing a game is always work.
