Question about flashing a targeted enemy

I have been reading around on the forums, and I have read the manual a few times .I have to say I have very high hopes for this engine ,lol , if I can manage it , I will be knocking about 98% of the scripts I am using out of my project, which would be fine with me ,lol. But all in all I am very impressed so far with this engine.

Now down to my question:

I have been attempting to read over some of the scripts, and I saw that YEA - Battle Engine makes it so when targeting a enemy they are highlighted , Want I need/want to know is it possible to do this and have it flash while the player is keeping it on one enemy ?

Basically I am asking because my project had “robots” in it, and targeting specific parts of it is a big deal, I just need/want the part you are targeting to flash, when you are targeting it. Is this possible?

By the way sorry if it says something in all the other scripts, I have not as of yet had a chance to read over them all, and this one question has been burning in my mind since saw that the YEA - Battle Engine made a targeted enemy go white.

tbh flashing an enemy would probably just confuse them and is probably classed as sexual assault these days...

xD sorry for the childish response, i just saw my opportunity. i dont know anything about this subject really...

Splice up an enemy into parts and make every part an enemy and form them in battle troops tab? That's something a script can't handle and more about implementation to the engine.

I don't understand the question too well. So if that's not the question, please paraphrase.

The slicing of the enemy ,isnt the issue , i have that covered wit Ace quite well, I Am wanting to know when you are  targeting a enemy in battle, is it possible to make that target flash white,instead of just being the way it is? something kinda like this: 




In the video, when you target part of the battler , it flashes white , what i want to know is that possible with Luna , or will i need to Ask about a compatibility patch for the targeting flash script ? 

@MaikenKeay lol now that i have reread what i posted i can see how it might sound to someone ,lol

You can use an external script to handle the flashing. It shouldn't be a problem. I don't think we have it in Luna.

thank you for your help ,after doing some testing , i want to ask , would it be you guys i ask about a compatibility patch for the script,by starting a new thread  or would i need to go find the author and hope if he/she will do one ?

You can try here and ask the author too. We're pretty slow with updates due to our busy schedules, so I don't know when can we implement something.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
