Scenario:

Actor Harold has 100% hit rate.
Enemy Bat has 20% evade rate.
Skill X adds +100% hit rate.
State Y gives -90% hit rate.

If Actor Harold uses Skill X while he is inflicted with State Y, would the game have his Hit Chance first reduce to 10% from State Y, and then the skill adds +100% on top, resulting in a 110% hit rate?

OR, does Skill X add 100% to Actor Harold first, giving him a total hit rate of 200%, which is then reduced by State Y to 20%?

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
