Question About Messed Up Japanese Music Site.

i would like know, i would like to use a music track in a commertial game, but, the website that made it is a complete mess, it's in japanese, google translate.... you know how that goes, it tells me to read the copyrights and trademark information, but the website is so messed up, i can't navigate it at all, and there doesn't appear to be any terms and conditions page anywhere, there is no page listing downloads or music tracks either.

it's basically an uninteligeble mess, what should i do?, i am asking in this forum because it's about a commertial game specifically.

there is no contact page or information about the site owner, that and he is most likely japanese.

Rock and a hardplace, look for any sister sites or way to contact anyone. I wouldn't use it without permission.

Well, he talks about renting the material, which leads me to think he's willing to let people use it for a fee. However, nobody here will be able to make any more sense of it than you can, or be able to contact the site owner. So I would err on the side of caution and find something elsewhere.

You better find a way to contact the site owner. He actually says something about giving a response on his BBS, say "hello" (japanese people are normally very formal and polite), the cause for you to need his work, and the material. Thing is, I don't see a link to his BBS (the link to the right is "BBS Rules"), so if you figure it out, and you get to contact him someway (wonder if he knows english), then voilà.
