Question about skills

Is there a way under the user name message for skills, to call an actor rather than put into sentence "Shiima raises its claw, and rakes down to its opponent!" Want to be able to replace Its opponent to whatever the actors name is that's being attacked. This is under the skills tab under message, username.

not without a plugin for that.


The skill messages have a fixed structure and unfortunately the placeholder is always in front of the message.


In the regular messages under the terms tab, you could move the placeholders (%1 etc) to different places, but that is not possible in the default skill messages.


However, it should be only a minor plugin needed to allow you to place the placeholder inside that message, and then you could move it around (unless you are using many othe battleplugins). But there might still be problems if you want to use a placeholder for something other than the skill user.
