Question about ToU

I have got a question. These are battlers of Milano Cat.

However I could not understand the ToU. Can I use them on a non-RM project by giving credit to 【Rド】 ?

This seems to be the ToU from what I can understand with google's translator.

I understand your frustration since it's such a simple question but Milano Cat's site has nothing to do with us, and your engine has nothing to do with us. If you need help with making your non-RPG Maker RPG you will need to go to a different website. This is not the place to get what you need.
