Question about window assets

Some context: In "window.png" (which is the image in the system image folder that makes up text windows and the like) there's this section of the image dedicated to the "highlighter" that appears whenever something like an item or an option is selected. This "highlighter" has its opacity oscillate.

Is there any way I can stop the opacity oscillation? Some values in a .json file somewhere I can edit? The "highlighter" opacity oscillation is messing with the aesthetics I have going on for my windows, and I feel like it'd look better if it was just a solid, non-oscillating bar.

I'd check for myself (I'm fairly certain that if a way to stop the opacity oscillation existed, it'd be in "rpg_windows.js"), but I'm pretty much illiterate when it comes to Javascript, so I don't know what I would have to look for.

if you want the highlighter removed (like you have a colored selection) edit
window.png and remove the highlighter and save it.

if you still need the heighlighter but in a different way, edit the way you need it too.
can be a line, can be 2 lines. or explain exactly what you need it for and why it need
to be off or on.

If you want the cursor to not blink, just take out the if statement.

Super stoked i just finished my first town in my project, by finished i mean i can always add more decorative aesthetics and the NPCs don't talk yet but the mapping is complete and all the important chess pieces are present!

My brain: You need to remake the hotel you start out in, it's not realistic enough.
Me: Ok... This was unexpected, but I can do it.
My brain: Now make each hotel floor 5 times as large to match the main part. Oh, you also need to make a bunch of new npcs to fill in the space on these maps.
Me: Crap.
Should be able to release Haxe MV/MZ next weekend.
It look that somehow MZ tracks are messed up (for example battle4 is obviously a theme, castle2 is a ship, ship1 is a scene and so on..). Maybe they just named them after with some ambiguity.
