question for all who have used Yanfly's class system

so i want to use the class system but

1. i don't know how to lock the main class so it can't be changed

2. is there a way to give the subclass a set exp rate say like i want it to be 1/2 of the exp earned or 2/3 of the earned.

I'm pretty sure you can't actually give each class not equipped an EXP rate, with the scripts Yanfly has made. But there are a few add-ons out there for it. One I know that does it would be this one:

well i downloaded a demo/example of the class mods. there is a way for the sub class to level up but it also means the everyone's subclass levels up. sooo if i can fix that and lower the exp rate. then i should be ok with this.
